Mince the garlic and prepare the ginger.

Add oil to a skillet heated over medium high, then add the green beans. Stir-fry for around 3 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, maybe thirty seconds. Add everything else and cook until the frozen green beans are crisp-tender and nicely coated with the sauce, around 3 minutes.
